We are located in a historic town nestled in the province of Verona, a beautiful village rich in history, where the modernity of this villa enhances the landscape of the plain.
A modern villa with contemporary lines, designed with particular attention to detail, by the architect Giuseppe Pasquato , with whom we collaborated for the stone part.
In this residence of character, the architect was able to play with cubes, chiaroscuro and geometric effects and sign the project with the characteristic “telescopes,” a hallmark of his projects.
It is precisely these that we want to tell you about: they are large, thick cubes that were assembled in the laboratory, ensuring all elements of stability and slope.
The marble used is Trani, a much sought-after marble in exteriors for its resistance to frost and wear. A marble with a delicate color that goes well with the modern character and best expresses made in Italy.
Stone cladding is a great way to have a more welcoming home, and the custom star-shaped vents, made by water-cutting give even more character.
